Annual 2023 POA Meeting Minutes

Our annual 2023 POA meeting was held on November 19th, at 2:00pm, in the cul-de-sac, located on S. 66th St. Please see the meeting minutes below.

Annual Biltmore POA Meeting Minutes:

Recap: 

New website.

Solar Panel Amendment.

Community lights all changed over to LED.

Sprinkler system on hold until 2024.

• Did not do anything this year due to the lights. Will look at for next year along with flower beds.

Nominations for new board members: None

New Business:

Raise dues.

Possibly hire an outside company to manage everything.

Sidewalk on Rainbow Rd. getting fixed? (City of Rogers)
