Annual dues are $200 and can be paid online or via check by mail to P.O. Box 207, Cave Springs, AR 72718.
The transfer fee for a new buyer is $150.
Annual POA dues cover street light maintenance as well as power to the entrance and perimeter lights, community landscaping, flowerbeds, water sprinklers to maintain the landscaping, repairs, costs for mailing annual notifications/statements, signage, holiday decor, lighting, and more.
The late fee is $50.

Board members are elected and serve a 3 year term.

Yes, you can install solar panels, but they must NOT be installed on the front of your house.
No, each homeowner is responsible for their own fencing. We do have some spare metal fencing panels available. Also, anyone who lives on a home with a fence facing Wallis Rd. or Rainbow Rd must stain their fence to match and the POA provides the stain. Simply email us and we will bring you the stain. Also, the POA does care for the fence along the water retention area.
