Biltmore is a beautiful neighborhood of over 100 single-family homes located near Shadow Valley Country Club in Rogers, Arkansas. It is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, and local, state, and national parks.

Biltmore homes range in size from around 2,000 to 3,300 square feet, and are energy efficient with all the extras, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, brick fireplaces, tile showers, whirlpool tubs, and much more. Construction began in the mid-2010s, so the homes are all relatively new and in great condition. Biltmore is a great place to live for families with children, as it is in the Bentonville School District, which is one of the best school districts in the state. Cave Springs is also a very family-friendly community with low crime and friendly neighbors. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet, and family-friendly place to live in NWA, Biltmore Subdivision is a great option.
We are located in Cave Springs with lower taxes, however, we are on Rogers Fire and Utilities, and our zoned schools are in the Bentonville School district, which is the best in the state!
